Welcome to My Practice

I believe each person I help deserves an individualized approach and therefore my style is collaborative with a strength-based focus. I value authenticity and through skill building and integration of values and strengths view challenges as external from the self. I am mindful and intentional in my approach and want to encourage every individual to be their best advocate and be empowered to promote change, respect, and non-judgment.

My style is integrative, taking into consideration Narrative, DBT, and EFT. Narrative therapy for example allows a person to heal, grow, and develop through finding their own meaning and purpose to understand ourselves better. Problems are looked at externally allowing change, respect, non-judgment, and that YOU are the true expert in your experiences and impact on your life.
